Not a cook taste
The escargots tasted like dirt. I had to cook them in a difference sauce to take the dirt taste out . Would not buy it again

Rinse them well, dry them, then enjoy the flavor. Really nice product.

Mold
When I opened the can, it was white mold on snails.

Count way off / Poor packaging
This product is disappointing. First, the bottom was dented. The can had no padding at all!Next, the can and description says it has 96 snail. I counted 72. I believe that the total weight is correct though.As for flavor, they were just okay. I’ve had much, much better.
