The size was perfect for the pillow case following the exact dimensions, quality feels maybe slightly lacklustre, given that the top and bottom ends seem to have cotton separating within after a short period of time, thankfully the centre has held up and sides though so it's acceptable given the price. Haven't noticed neck pain or a decrease in sleep quality thankfully, could maybe do with some additional cotton inside the case, medium firm feeling pillow.

I bought these on 10th June and after just over a month they’re already ruined. The filling inside has come loose and feels like big clumps of cotton balls. I expected better from Silentnight, but these feel cheap and not at all like what I’ve had from this brand before. Really disappointed — would not recommend.
