Pump is easily powerful enough for my 120 litre tank and provides a strong output of bubbles from both air stones. Clear tubing is very flexible and long enough to reach all parts of the 60cm deep aquarium and the no return valves are of good quality. The only downside is that at full power the pump can be noisy but reducing the output overcame this and still provides plenty of bubbles but be aware it is not a silent pump, if such a thing really exists in this price bracket. I like the fact output is so easy to adjust and therefore can be reduced at night if required. I would recommend this product.

This unit is bigger than I expected and great value for money.It is a little noisy on full power, however, the noise just becomes white noise after a while.I use this pump with 2 lines going into a 500L tank and 2 outlets joined together with a line going into a 150L tank.The pump controls are very easy to use, giving full control of the flow and the lower the setting, the quieter the unit becomes.No need to switch off during cleaning, just turn the setting down to 0 and the unit will stop flowing and become silent.The unit also has wall mounting holes on the rear to allow the owner to discreetly position the unit, out of sight.

I have a 350litre tank and it has a aqaurium cupboard stand made for these and big bio hoses/filters to hide them, reduce noise. Setting it up i agree it is loud but the moment I closed the cupboard door the noise reduced to a small humming noise, I have the air pump on full power and with 4 big air stones, irony is the air stones are now louder then the pump. My advice for the noise is to try and get a cupboard for your tank. It is reduced to a simple humming noise on full power like you hear from a fridge, I hope it helps as this is the best pump I've used, I used to use Tetras brand pumps but they aren't as powerful for big tanks unlike these.

This is a superb pump giving flexibility on flow rate, but for the location I want it in, it is quite noisy.

Needed an air stone system for a medium sized Tropical Aquarium. This produces enough air with its two stones on medium power to show a marked improvement of the fishes health and liveliness. It's sturdier than others I've used in the past and it's rubber feet stop alot of the usual vibration noises you hear with other such units. Highly recommend to anyone that needs to run two or more stones in their setups.

Works very well running two air stones, not too loud and came with pipe and fittings including non return valves, great value :)

This unit is loud! I out it on a soft surface to try to lower the level of noise but it didn't help at all. Also the valves provided terrible quality. One fell apart before it was put on. So disappointed with this unit. If you want quiet, this is not the unit for you.
