Monument Grills Stainless Steel 4-Burner Propane Gas Grill + 54-Inch Grill Cover

The grill was easy to assemble. Looks and function well. However within six months of purchasing and keeping it under covered patio, I am seeing extensive rusting both inside and outsider. See attached pictures. While all grills eventually rust, six months is too short a time for that to happen and for this reason I cannot recommend this product.

Solid grill, easy enough to assemble. It took me about 30-40 minutes to put it together. The instructions are adequate. The grill itself is the same or better than what you will find in the big-box stores. It cooks well, hotter than my last grill. Also, the searing burner gets very hot, and will definitely sear... The window is really nice, as it allows you to look at the food without opening the cover.I gave it 5 stars, I'd really have given it 4.5 if it were available for the following, small, complaints. First, there is enough play in the wall attachment to the base that it can be slightly out of square. The first time I put it together the doors didn't mate up evenly. If you loosen the screws on the bottom, move it into true and re-tighten, it's fine, but that's not in the instructions, you just have to figure it out for yourself. One of the panels was dented, but it didn't affect the grill and was out of sight inside the cabinet. And the nit-pickiest one is that one of the supplied batteries was dead.All in all, I'm happy with it and would recommend it.

I looked a long while and compared many grills before buying this one. I was not disappointed when I put this together. And it went together with no problem, took about 2 hours and I took my time. It's great to have the glass, EVERYTHING is stainless, the wheels are great(look like desk chair wheels but are 3 times the size) and love the dual side cookers. It's not perfect, could use a slide out for the propane but no biggie, could use a tool caddie on the inside of a door. But I'd buy it again in a minute.

After reading several reviews on this grill I decided to purchase one. Set up was relatively easy and all is well. I did discover rust spots on the grill dome handle which monument grill said they will send me a replacement. Until last week or so I discovered flame marks on the grill dome (see pics). This grill was purchased a month ago. Also the grill gets very hot on the high setting but on the lowest setting it does not go any lower than 400 degrees. I contacted monument grill and Amazon and received a full refund for my purchase. Monument grill did offer a replacement but my confidence in the quality, performance and durability of their product was not good. I gave this product 1 star but their customer service I would have given 4 stars.

I did have issues with shipping as a lot of customers have also said. However, after some phone calls with the company. I received new parts from them within a few weeks. For my troubles, they sent me a free rotisserie. The assembly was very easy. Took me about 3 hours to complete. I cooked on it for the first time last night and it was fantastic. The grill is very hot, the side sear was awesome. And cleaning is very very easy. I bought this grill because of the features and it's material. I'm close to the salt water and needed a grill with more stainless and some aluminum.

Grill was deliverd very well packaged. Other than a side corner being slightly bent on a corner wich was easy to straighten it came undamaged. Grill takes 2-3hrs to assemble. The better you are with picture instructions vs text the quicker installation will go. The grill in pieces seem kind of flimsy but the grill is totally sturdy once assembled. I haven't used the side burner or sear burner yet but the grill area heats up fast with an even distribution of heat. LED lights on the knobs look cool but dont really serve a purpose because it doesn't shine any light on what you are cooking. There is an LED light attachment that plugs into a usb port you can buy seperately to shine light on the food. Overall I think this is a great grill for the price and dont think I will miss my old Weber grill at all.

The grill was delivered very promptly, within two days, without requesting expedited shipping. Assembly of this grill, although reasonably easy, is not for the novice assembler and common sense is essential. The only negatives of this grill I have found is that although the grill was packaged well, there were a couple of stainless panels that were slightly dented. Due to the excellent packaging at the factory, the only way the dents could have occurred were before packaging and is a internal quality control issue. Did not request replacement from factory, but did advise of the issue.The grill performs well. Searing feature works well, has good overall temperature across grilling area. The glass panel in the hood I thought was an unnecessary frill, but now that I have it is a nice feature.REVIEW UPDATE 05/07/19: Contacted manufacture regarding dented panels, suggesting packaging quality control might want to be addressed. Did not request replacement parts, but company promptly replaced dented parts quickly without charge! Every day I use this grill the more satisfied I am in my decision to purchase this brand.

Very happy. Grill arrived 4 days sooner than expected. Easy to assemble, hardest part was the side burner connections, but not to bad. The quality is very good, especially at this price point. With so many choices of grills out there I am sure I made the right one with this purchase.
