Lifesaver for migraines
What a little lifesaver. I use this on the back of my neck for migraine and is perfect for taking the edge off it, small and handy to keep in your bag. Would reccomend if you struggle with migraines and aches and pains, the bigger version is great for back pain

Great for muscle and joint pain
I recommend these to everyone I know having issues with joints/spine/muscles; they are miracle workers. I've used mine after shoulder surgery, for pulled muscles in my back, and sciatica, and it helps - quickly, easily, and without taking painkillers. If you're of a bigger build you might need the larger version but this one is great for me.

Amazing
I bought this after a friend recommended. Very good product and eases tension in muscles well. I won't pretend this isn't painful if your muscles are tight but they feel so much better after use. Good ergonomic design.

they move around as you move your back/shoulder and can therefore be re-positioned quite easily if they are not quite correctly positioned and are ...
Well, it is a considerably smaller object than I was anticipating but it is effective (sort of). Previously to this I had been using a tennis ball in a sock to reach those hard to reach, deep, tight muscles. Tennis balls are very effective as they are slightly squashy, they move around as you move your back/shoulder and can therefore be re-positioned quite easily if they are not quite correctly positioned and are really useful in the car. The pocket physio thingy's downside is that it is made of a non-slip rubbery material therefore it doesn't move if you are standing against a wall with it flat against the wall and prodding into your back/neck/shoulders. It doesn't slide and move around like a tennis ball does. But it does get into the knots - just in that one place. It is not that effective if you use it in bed as it's too small and sinks into the mattress (well it does into mine). It is quite useful in the car though but once positioned it cannot then be readjusted/aligned unlike the tennis ball in a sock, which has a handy grab handle in the end of the sock. So I am not completely sold on it, but it does fit in my handbag, unlike the tennis ball. I suppose it could double as a door wedge in the future....

Would highly recommend
I have suffered for years with a pain that goes from my shoulder blade right up my neck, thorough the back of my head and into my eye. Often had to take pain killers. This is a god send if used properly. Be prepared for it to hurt though. Well worth the few mins of pain to release the tight muscles

and will go deeper to provide more Relief and better
I find this too small, and doesnt go deep enough in my hips/glutes. Get the max version, it is the same design in black or red, and will go deeper to provide more Relief and better recovery
