Amazing product for home monitoring of heart health
Viatom customer service go the extra mile to ensure you are happy with the product, know how to use it and have a much patience as it takes for you to be fully satisfied with the assistance they have given. Excellent service from Helen on how to calibrate the blood pressure and download the software to my PC.The monitor itself is easy to set up out of the box. I needed some help from their excellent customer service team to calibrate the blood pressure with my home monitor as the instructions did not cover the procedure fully, and provide details of where to access the software for my PC and their website was not as advised on the information card (I expect Viatom will update these issues when they next issue the instruction booklet), bu this in no way would cause me to drop any rating stars because the product is amazing. I had AF and had a successful cardioversion and am still in sinus rhythm some 15 months later. The only downside of this success is that I am no longer being monitored on the NHS and as I was asymptomatic when I had the AF need a way of monitoring that I am continuing in sinus rhythm to be able to take immediate action if not the case - and this product does this giving me peace of mind - and much more. As I am also reducing my beta blockers to hopefully come off them (again no monitoring that there is no adverse impact as a result of this by the NHS) the monitor records this for me too - and all of it can be stored and printed off in case I need to show the results to my GP. A MUST for anyone with a heart condition for their own peace of mind - and those who don't know if they have a problem or not to confirm whether there is any issue, as the BHF recommend as many people as possible check their heart to prevent strokes in people who are not aware of heart conditions they may have until the worst happens.

Excellent But Limited, Pocket Diagnostic (Early Diagnostic for Covid-19)...Medical Caution Advised
As a medical professional here's my thoughts. This is a good handheld ECG monitor and pulse oximeter with a very clear multi-colour touch screen, voice prompts and the ability to easily transfer data to a smartphone app or to a computer via Bluetooth. The unit also purports to monitor systolic blood pressure readings if it is first calibrated with a manual blood pressure check first. It will give you a very good reading for blood oxygen levels, low levels during this pandemic would be an early warning indicator of potential exposure. You should seek medical advice if this is indicated or even if you are are at all concerned.I checked the readings with another reliable device for accuracy purposes.▪︎ The Downside:I have tried following the instruction manual to the letter but have been unable to make this facility work. Even if it did work, it would be quite limited as it would only be a reading of systolic pressure (not complete with diastolic), still requires regular calibration checks and without a cuff is likely to be of limited accuracy which mean it would probably be better to have a separate BP device anyway which is a shame.I was also excited about the ability to plug in electrode leads (supplied with device) which can be attached directly to the chest to reduce electrical interference but disappointingly this does not allow for a multi-lead ECG which would conventionally be used in a hospital setting.▪︎ Using it to Determine Oxygen LevelsDespite shortcomings, this is still a great little unit with reliable plethysmography (tracing of oxygen saturation) and recording of a peripheral ECG tracing (with it’s inherent limitations no fault of the unit) that can be recorded and re-played either directly on the unit or via phone/computer for a health professional if necessary.Considering the amount of technology packed in to this small pocket sized unit, overall this appears to be pretty good value for money. However good the device, I don’t think I would be doing my duty if not mentioning the fact that relying on single lead home ECG checks with this unit alone without professional knowledge or suitable guidance is inviting potential disaster.I would suggest anyone considering a home ECG monitor who is not under close medical supervision or familiar with reading ECG’s on a regular basis then they should first consult their health professional and also read at least the discussion section from this open access published review to see if they fit in to the category of possible patients that may benefit from a device such as a very good study entitled: Portable out‐of‐hospital electrocardiography: A review of current technologies.

Good product!
I bought this ECG monitor for my mother. It is small enough to make measurement in the palm. How convenient it is to check ECG at home and send the results to doctor since it can create report from PC. Oximeter is also helpful because it allows fast detection of oxygen saturation and pulse rate. The ECG monitor supports measurement through lead I, lead II and chest lead, and is very friendly for people like my mother whose ECG signal is lower than the average level if measured by lead I.For sure it was a great shopping experience worth my 5 stars :)

Good ECG Monitor except for one major defect
Bought this as a backup to another ECG. Everything is good about this except for one defect. If heartbear rate is higher than 100 which it will be in case of a non sinus rythm, then instead of showing a reading of irregular heart rythmn it simply says "High heart rate" instead of analysing the causes of a high heart rate. This deficiency is a great pity as the size is right and the graph is accurate. The app does work. Unfortunately this is not for me as my heart rate if often high and I need to know the reasons behind this.

A very compact and multi-function health monitor
The Checkme Lite packs remarkable health-monitoring capability into a very compact package. The lead 1 and 2 ECG views are clear and, once calibrated, systolic BP measurement is surprisingly accurate. Together with O2 sat, PI, pulse rate and a very user-friendly interface, you have in this device a fascinating diagnostic tool.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Got this with a view to monitoring my QTc in the event I was going to need to have Hydroxychlproquine as exposure prophylaxis to corona virus and course of; IT DOES NOT measure QTc!!!. Also, I have a very hard time trusting that the alleged results are accurate. It just seems like a toy, preprogrammed to give set type of reports. Oxygen sat. standard between 96%- and 99%. ECG- Normal. Given the opportunity I will return the product. I think I just left it too late to even put it to task, such that it was too late to return!
