Good Coffee. Full body, good flavor, well balanced without any bitter aftertaste.
I started my day with this coffee yesterday, after my wife made it for me. I didn't need to be told that I was drinking a different coffee, as this was a much better coffee compared to a Columbian coffee that I purchased from Amazon recently.I had poor purchased a 3 pack of Community Coffee Colombia Toledo Labateca Gourmet Private Reserve that was drinkable, but nothing to "write home about".In contrast, this Mojave brand Honduran coffee is pretty good. It has a fuller body than expected, yet remains smooth without any bitter aftertaste. It's not the perfect coffee. But it's a refreshing change from the coffee brands I've purchased in the recent past.

Mild flavor, low acid
Likes: My girlfriend liked it. It wasn't acidic (I personally avoid dark/bold roasts due to higher acid content that doesn't agree with my stomach). It was organic, single-origin coffee.Dislikes: To me, tasted like dry cardboard. Very dry bean, not very oily, I suspect this is why it felt flat in the flavor department. I tried 3 different grinds (cuisinart variable burr grinder) and brewed both as drip (top rated quisinart drip coffee maker with non-bleached paper cone filter) as well as french press, neither grind nor brew method seemed to change the outcome of the flavor.Note: I use only reverse-osmosis filtered water for my cooking, drinking, baking, and coffee making. I am a non-smoker. I tried it both with 1/2 and 1/2 as well as black in coming to my conclusions. Again, everyone has a different like or dislike, this may very well be the coffee for you, it just isn't for me. It is possible that I did get a bad bag. It also took over a week to get to me via Amazon Prime (not sure if that is relevant at all).Bottom line: I will not be purchasing this particular coffee again.

Meh - I was hoping to like this coffee more, similar to the brand that I can no longer get
I have been a fan of Don Pedro brand organic coffee with this same bean type, but I can no longer get it, so I tried this one, but I cannot say I'm a fan. It just tastes pretty average, like coffee I would get at the local grocery. The search continues.

A perfect blend to awaken my senses...
A perfect blend to awaken my senses every morning! The first sip itself is wonderfully rich and fragrant. Its flavor is remarkably sophisticated that you're very like to savor it, time and again. Seriously, it's that good.

Well crafted organic coffee
I purchased the 12oz of Organic Honduran Cristian Rodriguez coffee. The coffee came professionally packaged. It was very mild. As a medium roast, the finish was smooth as advertised. The price was somewhat high, but well in line with other artisan roasts.

High quality, smells great!
I wanted to upgrade my coffee a bit from the usual, so I tried this premium one from Mojave Coffee. Usually, I have good coffee but not this high of a grade. Great flavor. I’d say the nutty flavor stands out. Very smooth. I make this one strong to bring out all the taste. The beans smelled very fresh in the bag. Great looking beans. High quality packaging

Unlimited repurchase
The coffee bean particles are full and uniform, and the bag opening aroma is rich.

Good value for single source beans
I liked the flavor and the fact that it's single source. I will order again, it's a good value overall.
