I already had this book in my collection and used it many times in the past and liked it very much, gave this particular one to my niece so that she can add it to her own collection and continue on her culinary career

The recipe not good. Bad cream puff. Not recomended. I think the cream puff will be same as beard papa's cream puff.

Easy to Follow wonderful recipes
This book was given to me as a gift. I love to bake and have found this to be a wonderful cookbook with easy to follow recipes. When I first opened this book I was a little concerned that the recipes may be a little advanced for me, but Ms. Herrick has a delightful way of explaining everything so that no one is intimidated by any of the recipes.I would recommend this book to anyone who loves cooking. It is also a great gift.

You'll be so glad you did!
I purchased "The French Cook-Cream Puffs & Eclairs" after joining Holly for a cooking class in Charleston. I was in such awe of the delicious samples we prepared that day, how to make them was overshadowed by caramel & french onion eclairs. I was so grateful to open my signed copy- the instructions are clear and easy to follow. The graphics are beautifully done and appropriate. It really is a cook-book lovers best gift. What a treat to learn the art of choux! I will be purchasing Holly's future books!

Love it
Wonderful book with easy to follow recipes tips and techniques. When I purchased this book Holly recommended several recipes to try, I immediately got to work and have not looked back. I have been delighting my family and friends with sweet and savory delights with ease and confidence. The Creamsicle Cream Puffs are to die for and freeze very well if they make it to the freezer! The Cheese Puffs with Three Cheeses and Pepper have become a regular in my home. Love this book it has been a well needed addition to my vast cookbook collection. Highly recommend this book.

O livro é todo bonitinho. Possui receitas doces e salgadas de profiterolis e eclairs, porém algumas coisinhas me incomodaram nele, ele não tem uma foto por receita, o que eu acho essencial pra montagem final da receita e as receitas são americanizadas eu esperava mais culinária francesa mesmo. Achei também q ele tem poucas receitas.
