I have to say the magnet is stronger than I thought. I tried these types of magnet before and it was merely holding pins and clips. This one strip is strong enough to hold my hole puncher. I tested with my scissors just for the heck of it, it actually stayed on with two strips. Another pro is that the magnets attracts itself. So I can stick one magnet piece on the non-metal surface and another piece attract to it, posting notes and pictures. I used it to hang my directory. Didn’t try to wash the glue yet, but that's really great if it’s washable and reusable.

Adhesive did not stay stuck to the back the mirror in my medicine cabinet. BUT IT ALSO did NOT ruin my mirror, it did not take off the paint from the back of the mirror. The magnet was strong enough for what I needed it hold, tweezers. The tape didn't come with instructions so I just followed the typical instructions you get with 3M adhesive strips. Cleaned the area, let it dry. I put up a 12" strip horizontally across the back of the mirror and pressed firmly for 60 seconds in sections. Then I let sit for several hours without anything on it, but one of the ends already started to curl up. I am now trying to place it on the back wall of the medicine cabinet which looks like a faux wood laminate.

This is very effective as I wanted to use on my various laminated pictures of ornaments and applied magnetic strips to the backs of the laminated pictures. Very strong magnet, perfect for what I needed.I also used this to mount a white board to the fridge and nothing was working at keeping it up. This did the job, and I was happy to see that there's a sticky side so I didn't have to glue it on to the board.

Product was better then expected. Used it to put a flap on the back of a ferral cat house escape door. Only needed a small piece to keep door from blowing open. Worked well and will buy again if i need more. To use it outside, had to use small nails as stickey side might not hold up in the weather.

We bought this to help organize our work space. The sticky side is plenty sticky to put on the wall (may peel paint when removed, so be careful). It's magnetic enough to hold up erasers, pens, scissors, etc. I suggest laying out the section you're going to use for a day or two with something to weight it down on each side to straighten it out. The roll was a bit too rigid the first time we stuck it to a piece of clear acrylic and the next day it had peeled away a bit. Once we straightened it out, it worked perfectly.

Nope...this magnet tape doesn’t really work on itself, let alone on other metal surfaces. The adhesion lasts a couple weeks and then it’s done. I’ve used it on multiple projects and the only one this product worked on was keeping up a post card on my fridge. Weak. Don’t waste your money.

Strongly recommend this magnetic tape. I do not understand these negative reviews, It's not a strong neodymium magnet that can withstand dozens of pounds. It works well to design my white board and hold light objects.Strongly recommend this magnetic tape.
