Loom Magic Xtreme!: 25 Spectacular, Never-Before-Seen Designs for Rainbows of Fun

This book was AWESOME! Lots of awesome projects for those who enjoy rubber band crafting. A really nice book as well hard cover filled with all kinds of interesting projects!

I especially loved the glow in the dark things that can be unused for Halloween!! Just can't beat the hand thingy. Not to mention the bat and ghost. Great book. Thank you!!

While this is a good book, my granddaughter age 6 prefers The Loomatic's Interactive Guide to the Rainbow Loom which is spiral bound ( great feature ). Also, she just goes to YouTube.com and follows the tutorials there. She can stop the tutorials at any time if they get too far ahead of her. All she does is go to YouTube and type in " rubber band bunny " for instance ... then the tutorial gives you different versions of bunny rabbits and she chooses the one she wants to make. It is very cool. Check it out !

These authors have amazing imaginations! Love the projects, especially those for boys. Hours and hours of fun are ahead for my son and his friends.

It is a good book to make different creations. I have, however, found some of the instructions hard to follow. Also mad the loopy bracelet didn't stay together because of looping the middle before the sides

Easy to use and the designs are nice and simple. Great for beginners

I purchased two copies of this book in order to replace a copy we checked out from the library and got damaged. We felt that the book was worth the purchase price of less than three dollars based upon the first look through and a couple projects that were completed by my daughters. However, after an extended length of time and multiple failed projects due to the lack of detail provided in the book, I would recommend that people check it out from the library first. My daughters aged 7 - 11 are great at following instructions. They play snap circuits all the time, and follow the instructions better than I do in many cases. However, these instructions just do not translate. My daughters liked the difficulty ratings, they felt that it provided them with a true rating that would prepare them for what was to follow. They liked a few of the projects, however, felt that many of the projects were not even worthy of spending the time to try. Other projects they gave up with after spending the time to build them, only to find that when they took them off the loom time & time again, that they would just fall apart. Overall the book is worth 3 dollars because my kids spent some time using it and they had fun with the projects. But after the first couple weeks, they have not picked the book back up, hence the library recommendation.

Good book for ideas

The creations made from loom bands is just amazing! I'm disappointed in the fact I can't get started today as I have a standard loom board, which isn't big.

I bought this book for our kids, they have made a few things from it. I find a lot of the designs need two or three looms to complete, and some of the instructions are confusing.

Loom très bien et très beau

Es ist unglaublich was alles gebastelt werden kann. Nachdem die Kunstwerke nur wenige Monate überleben (so ca. 9-12 Monate) dann fallen sie auseinander weil der Gummi hart wird. Aber mit einem passenden Buch ein großer Spass. Hat ja auch was, wenn das nicht so lange hält, da kann man dann schon wieder weiterbasteln.
