Metamucil Fiber Thins Cinnamon Spice - 12ct

Eating these wafers did work well for regularity, but I never liked the way they stuck to my teeth...so I often avoided eating them. Fortunately, I found a solution that works great for me. I put 6 or more wafers in a cheap sandwich ziplock bag with a zipper, press the air out, close the zipper tightly and use the side of a meat tenderizer mallet (or similar) to pound them until they are crushed. (My mini food processor does a good job with this too.). I now have fiber sprinkles, which I add to applesauce, smashed banana, yogurt, etc., etc. it tastes good and never sticks to my teeth. For convenience, I put the sprinkles in an empty spice jar that has the larger holes, keep it on my table, and can easily shake it on fruits, yogurt, desserts, etc., during the day. So tasty and I hardly know I am taking fiber!

I love these cookies...they come in chocolate too. Serving is 1 to 3 packets (2 apple crisp cookies per packet for 100 calories).. This is a way better option than drinking those orange drinks.

These things are a lifesaver. Metamucil is hard to drink and inconvenient in powdered form, but these wafers are great. One of the only fibers that both works and doesn’t cause painful gas. Super easy to travel with and really helps my ibs if I’m having issues. Taste is pretty blah and you do need to drink at least a glass of water with them, but that’s typical for fiber supplements. Highly recommend.

Drink water while eating or you’ll feel like it gets stuck in your throat.

Very expensive but tasty. Just eat fruit or use generic psyllium husk powder.

I have used these fiber wafers for the past 15 yrs.Following a colon resection my doctor told me that I needed to increase the fiber in my diet or run the risk of further colon surgery. These wafers have saved my life, I eat two per day .

I eat 3 in the evening as my bedtime snack. They keep me regular and I'm happy to have a tasty way to include psyllium fiber in my diet. For a high fiber cookie I think they taste great. Don't expect them to be like a regular cookie though, or you could be disappointed. I have found them to be less expensive when shopping in Walmart store.
