I returned this shampoo for several reasons which I will list below. But what has me particularly annoyed is that I am being charged $4 to return it!1) This product is TRAVEL SIZE for approx $20.2) This shampoo is no different than any other shampoo that makes your hair too soft.3) This product has been DISCONTINUED by P&G so that is probably why they are price-gouging.DO NOT BUY THIS SHAMPOO!

Soft hair
I am in my late 30s my hair is thin and dry.One use of this shampoo make my hair soft ,smooth and silky .Cons it's so pricey. But I will repurchase when I ran out

It leaked onto everything ‘s everything in the box.
This is a shampoo that has been discontinued. I used it for years. Do not remember the intense smell. I will not use this. should have been wrapped in plastic.
