To me, it’s too big for my hands, so I bought “Stress Paul” stress reliever rubber stress purple man (in a fetal position) and it fits my hand just perfectly. My son also bought a “Firm foam star hand exerciser” (yellow and 3 inches) and that works well, too. The purple man is squishier/softer than the yellow star (more firm/harder) but both work well. Both are available on Amazon. Good luck! **Q: Where is it manufactured?** A: China. **Q: How many balls do you get?** A: Only 1 ball. And unfortunately the finger can break easily.
