I especially like this product added to Triple zero yogurt brand, a bit of cream cheese, and honey, mixed all up, tastes like heaven. Something magical happens to an egg yolk when it gets "activated" I believe it is mother nature gearing up to protect and sustain that young chick with all kinds of support. As a health researcher who listens to his body, this product tells me that I am getting more toned, more resilient, and stronger. I love the convenience of it too. I just wished they would sweeten it with honey instead, like one of those sport pastes. An valuable product in my toolbox.

I'm only going by my own experience. My strength gains and recovery are through the roof. My arms look fuller and more defined. My diet is primarily is mostly mediterranean. Been on it for 2 months and my cholesterol is normal after the test I just took. Lay off the protien bars and stick to this and natural foods and I'm sure it will work. I don't even take creatine.

It tastes good, easy and convenient to use. Not sure it is making much difference yo my old body but I hope it does.

Not just egg yolk, fertilized egg yolk ;) gross but effective. Long considered a healthy food for warriors now a health supplement. Gross but effective. Tastes really good surprisingly. Easy replacement for cereal.This isn't a product for beginners. This is a xenoandrogen.....very powerful. Basically egg yolk is natures steroids and this is like designer roids basically but healthy and not bad for you. Just wish it was cheaper so I could eat a lot more of it. Buying a pack every 10 days sucks

This one made my stomach feel weird, taste good and it doesn't smell bad. I didn't feel any benefit other than when I was on the toilet, you cant eat or drink anything hot or you destroy the special egg nutrients. Its a good snack but is something you buy and get use to especially with other stuff for better muscle bulk, highly recommend you should stack protein unless it messes with you keeping you on the toilet like it did for me.

This is such a scam and here is why:1. I tried it and it didn't work. I train routinely and keep a high protein diet in general. There is absolutely no difference in my muscle growth when I took this.2. There's no directions on how thos should be taken and it broadly states 1-3 packs a day which means it's not a scientifically based product.3. This is literally candied egg yolk. The ingredient is literally egg yolk, you know the part most bodybuilders and gentrified people avoid eating. You could save yourself 90 bucks by stop throwing away ur egg yolks.4. Their support does not respond to any questions in regards to the product whatsoever.5. If you keep a high and lean protein diet you'd notice a result without this. So this product requiring you to keep a lean protein diet and exercise is basically asking you to do all the work to build muscle and then claim your results as its effects while really you don't need this product at all!
