We hung this in our livingroom to use with the Epson VS230, SVGA, 2800 Lumens Color Brightness (color light output), 2800 Lumens White Brightness, 3LCD Projector (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GMGDFPI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1). It is very easy to hang and easy to lower and raise. Only problem we had is when my niece closed it and let it go up too fast and it fell off the mounts, but that was carelessness rather than a design flaw. This setup gives us a fantastic home theater without having a huge black hole hanging on the wall when we're not wanting to watch a movie. And we put it above a door to use the space better.

Ended up buying this item after moving to a place with a smaller bedroom - my old screen (from the same manufacturer) was ten inches too wide. The new one works beautifully, just the same as the last. Stinks of paint for a while after unpacking, but as I understand, this is normal for this type of screen.

The screen itself is great and functions exactly as described. Be wary of ordering this product used from Amazon Warehouse. Mine arrived with a missing D hook on the right hand side despite the description stating there were no missing components. Solved this problem by purchasing some utility clips from home depot. Overall great screen once this issue was solved.

The screen was defective. The left side of the screen does not go in fully into the casing. It hangs out 1 inch below the casing. After several calls and emails to customer support they denied the claim stating this was "normal". "This is not considered defective." The customer service representative email even called this a "budget screen". How can a screen that does go back into the casing be "normal" ? I called and spoke to his manager who agreed it was a design defect. The manufacturer is not prepared to replace defective screens. They will try to find any excuse to refuse to take back a defective screen. Buyer beware! I would not buy this screen.

Looks rather industrial on the wall. The brackets for wall mounting are incorrectly sized and cause the screen to scrape the wall when it's being rolled up. I'd have to recommend wall mounting brackets and use the ceiling mount hooks to get it out away from the wall a bit. Inch would be plenty. As far as picture quality on it, I was previously projecting against a white wall in my sun room. After adding the screen it appears that the picture isn't really much brighter with my projector. I'd give it a 10% improvement due to the fact that it's flat, not slightly textured like my wall.

The reel to roll the screen up is quite weak right out of the box which makes me worried that it will loose it's ability to roll up after I've had it for a couple years. We'll see. The dimensions are slightly larger than advertised, but pretty close. It works very well with our projector.
