Very low percentages of almost every vitamin!
Yikes! The only two vitamins that reach/exceed 100% are Vitamin C (150%) and B6 (110%). Some of the other B vitamins are only at 20-25%. There is NO vitamin D. Only 8% for Vitamin A? Corn syrup? 6% zinc? No thanks. These are not worth taking. I should have studied the fine print before purchasing. Sending them back, because they were expensive for the percentages of vitamins you are actually getting in these (and you have to take 2, just to get those low percentages). So disappointing.

Excellent alternative for adults who have problems swallowing tablets
Due to health problems my husband cannot swallow tablets and because of this he stopped taking vitamins. Needless to say, over time he began to feel rundown, etc. I was of course very happy when I came across Tropical Oasis Adult Gummy Multivitamins for Men & Women. The fruity gummy was much easier and I would continue purchasing.
