AMAZING!! makes terrible bottled like dasani water taste delicious. i add it to coffee tea and juices and smoothies and sometimes rice too. worth the money. I used to drink so much water and never feel hydrated but now i don’t anymore. can’t drink water without this and i’m never going back. i personally prefer one drop per 4 ounces NOTE: the bottle it comes in sucks. it’s hard to get any without getting too much and you have to touch the tip of it each time which isn’t sanitary. i strongly recommend buying a glass dropper bottle to keep it in. Just don’t squeeze the original bottle too hard or more liquid will spill out the sides

I am a long time consumer of Aussie Drops, and I believe they are the best electrolyte/trace mineral supplement that you can take. Formerly very fit and athletic through my mid-sixties, when I developed a rapidly deteriorating form of "adult-onset muscular dystropy" (myotonic dystropy type-1), I have learned to do as much to support my neuro-muscular system as possible. I drink about 80-84 oz. of purified water daily, to include approximately 50-70 drops of Aussie Drops. There has been a tremendous reduction in muscle cramps and spasms as a result of using these wonderful drops. I certainly miss my former active life of hiking, backpacking, and long-distance cycling, but I should have been gone long ago with the M.D., and my physicians are totally amazed that I am doing so well! I can only praise the One living God!

What I like about these mineral drops is that they are sourced from ocean water off the coast of Australia, which feels like a much cleaner and more natural source compared to trace mineral drops that come from the Great Salt Lake in Utah. The Great Salt Lake is an inland body of water with no ocean outflow, so minerals, salts, runoff, and environmental contaminants can become highly concentrated over time as water evaporates. That makes me less confident in products sourced from there, especially when using them daily. So while the other main competitor to these mineral drops is a bit cheaper than these, since they source from there, I'm more than willing to pay more for Aussie Mineral drops. Ocean-sourced minerals from Australia seem like a better option to me because the ocean is part of a constantly moving, naturally renewing system rather than a shrinking inland salt lake. I also prefer the taste and feel of these drops. They mix easily into water and do not have the harsh, overly salty taste.

Amazing I really like this type of mineral. I added it to my carbonated water and it taste just like Pellegrino.

Love this product! I have a hard time tolerating electrolytes. I either hate the taste or they give me weird burps- these do neither. If you add more than 20 drops to a 16 oz water you can taste a slight metallic taste. I just split my daily dose into two different bottles. I definitely feel that these perk me up! I have more energy and alertness! It comes in a bottle that you gently squeeze and drops come out. I don’t mind counting the drops I’ve gotten fast at it and it’s worth not having to use a messy powder!

I've always had weak teeth. At least I did until I discovered that the body needs potassium in order to metabolize calcium. I started taking potassium citrate a few years back because I had read that it was one of the most bio-available forms of potassium. At the same time I was coming to terms with being newly allergic to gluten, and the associated abdominal pain and discomfort that goes along with eating the wrong foods. It was such a lottery - I seemed to have gut ache at random, even when eating stuff I had previously judged to be safe. Finally, just a few months ago, someone pointed out to me that abdominal discomfort was a known side effect of potassium citrate... and lo and behold, as soon as I stopped taking it, all of the random symptoms cleared up and I began to see much more consistency in what I could and couldn't eat. I knew I had to find a replacement source of potassium, and after trying a couple of liquid ionic formulas, some of which still upset my gut, I finally stumbled on this. Aussie Trace Minerals helps to keep my teeth hard (and gets rid of the sensitivity I feel when I'm not taking enough potassium). I take about half to two thirds of the recommended dose and don't have any issues with flavor or an allergic reaction. The only downside I have found was the extended shipping time from Canada to the US. I can't recommend these highly enough. If you are allergic to gluten, or have a sensitive stomach, I would strongly recommend this as the mineral supplement which is least likely to make your symptoms any worse.

We recently switched our water to a countertop RO system. I was completely ignorant to the fact that RO water, since it strips EVERYTHING out, lacks the much needed minerals in your drinking water. I started noticing a bit of fatigue and started having minor headaches (which I never do usually). After some research, I found this product and it has been the perfect replacement for the lost minerals in our water. I feel back to normal with no more minor headaches. The bottle will last for a while as well! I will definitely be purchasing more when I’m out.

Running a water distiller at 4L. a day / 5 days a week, I rely on a good source of electrolytes to boost back said water after the distilling process. I used many liquid minerals from various brands before trying out Aussie's and I must say, these are just perfect - Good mineral composition and no strong taste. ADVICE : Go easy on the dosage and adjust accordingly otherwise you'll end up with a salty taste. I use ± 20 drops in 4L. and find that dosage balanced, you have that pure water taste without the saltiness and the minerals are all blended in there. This is just me. Do your testing and find out your ratio "mineral to water" content. In the end, I will definitely stick with Aussie, the price difference compared to most other brands isn't worth the mention + the quality is unquestionably superior. IMO, these are unparalleled and beyond compare.

I have been using these trace minerals for some time now. They are a bit expensive but the quality is amazing. I first started while I was on my water fast and needed some minerals to keep going, surprisingly this product helped the journey. The taste is a little bitter but mixing enough water can eliminate that bitter taste, if you follow the recommended drops it will be fine.

I just started alternate day fasting so l bought this to use in the morning of the fasting days. I find it helps boost energy, mood snd helps curb my hunger. It does an ever so slight taste if drinking just plain water, but l don't find it unpleassnt. The inbuilt pop up dropper on the lid is brilliant and makes it very easy to dispense desired number of drops. Love that it is an Aussie brand. Highly recommend.
