If you like Chinese cooking this is for you
By far the best flour for Chinese food prep it’s a little on the pricey side but it is honestly unbeatable for quality, if you love experimenting with Chinese batters and Asian cuisine then this flour does the job like no other. The batter I made for pork balls was crispy and delicious and have never had the luck with store bought flour. I will for sure be purchasing again in the very near future.

So far, so good
I was concerned about buying this having read other reviews about the packaging having split and short shelf life. No such problems here. The flour arrived a day early and was well packaged in a box with bubble wrap. The flour packet itself was intact and has a shelf life of four months so pretty pleased with this purchase. I haven't tried the flour yet, but I'll add an update when I have :)

Very fine
I have knocked stars off because it is expense for what it is £5.49 for a bit of flour, but also the bag was spit. It is a nice flour for frying batter, better than normal self raising as it is finer thus holding less fat and making the fried batter less greasy. If I could get it local I would have as it would have been about half the price I paid here
