Mega Bloks Halo Flood Hunters UNSC Falcon

My son thought this set was awesome! It was his first HALO set; he has always had LEGO, but wanted to try these. He thought the assembly instructions were good and easy to put together.

Excellent gift for those that love building by blocks. Quality of the kit has improved since the early days. Would recommend to anyone interested in this set.

My grandson assembled this without issues and has enjoyed many hours of play with it.

My son cannot finish the whole thing due to missing parts. Very disappointed.

Very hard to build per my 11 year old. Not sure I believe this as it did not take him very long. The difference between mega-bloks and legos is that the stickers in mega-bloks cover multiple bricks so taking it apart would ruin the sticker were as legos do no have this issue.

Parts were missing, and some were broken.

I bought this for my son's birthday. It has 460 pieces that need to be assembled before the child can play with the toy. I was willing to take the chance that we could put the toy together in a short time so he could play with it. PROBLEM: at step 33 of 65, we were MISSING A PIECE! I considered using other pieces that would work, but reading ahead, I saw I would need those pieces for other steps of the assembly. I e-mailed the company, and they approved sending out the missing piece. That was a week ago and no piece has shipped. In the meantime, I have ~250 pieces scattered over the living room table WAITING for the missing piece to arrive. Nice, huh? I cannot build the item without that piece [and realistically, how many other pieces will be found to be missing once we resume the build?] Not surprisingly, the item is made in China, where quality control is non-existent. My hopes of quickly assembling this item so my son could play with it were dashed, thanks to the careless failure to include all of the pieces needed for assembly. Have fun with this toy folks!
