Great product, looks amazing, feels amazing... I was missing a component in the box. Called Kohler and had a new one in a week. Amazing service from an amazing company.Make sure you have a KOHLER valve before purchasing... The valves are specific to manufacturers... so if you have a delta faucet you are removing, a kohler valve will not work. And vice versa. Bear that in mind picking your valve trim kit.Also, a great time to replace your temperature regulator valve and the cartridge, both just pop in / out with a screw. Ensures smooth operation and perfect temperature control!

Looks and works great up against my new marble shower. It was very affordable compared to others. I paid plumber to install and did buy the valve that goes with it as that part is extra.

Easy to install and works great! Large shower head has a good amount of water pressure, too! This was a replacement for our previous Kohler shower which had corroded after 10+ years of hard water.

Love it. I would definitely recommend kohler products. They are a little expensive but does not compromise on quality

Shower trim kit / shower head / value looked great in the box. Not compatible with existing shower equipment. Needed to enlarge hole in tile wall --- too much work. Accepted refund immediately, credit took longer than expected but did receive the credit. Really liked the look of the shower head.

The injection of air on the shower makes it like rain. Amazing. Plan to use this shower system for our next bathroom renovation

Bought the set in brushed nickel, the shower head was chrome and the rest of the kit was in brushed nickel like it was supposed to be. Of course this discovery was made by the contractor more then 30 days after I bought this, so amazon says I have to contact the manufacturer. So the one star rating is for what was in the box not product performance. I've updated this back to 5 stars as I talked to Kohler customer service and in less than two mins they are sending me the correct part at no charge. Fantastic customer service by Kohler.

The handle on my faucet is threaded and I can't get in touch with anyone at Kholer, called several time, wait for 15/20 minutes and end up hanging up. No way to get in touch with seller on Amazon either. If you like customer service, don't buy.

The valve I had is picture attached, I was told by Kohler customer service I would have to by a new valve in order for it to fit, which was wrong, it came with two types of valve adapters, and one worked, the only issue with installing was the valve was three inches from the wall, I had to shim it down about quarter inch to 2.75 inches and everything installed perfect.

The notes suggested it would work for a bathroom renovation. However, when I actually got there, was advised that the fittings already there wouldn't work for the Kohler install.
