After using this many years ago in culinary school I stumbled upon this brand on Amazon. I ordered it despite the high price. It's a delicious blend however I did realize it contains SALT!! So by the time you reach the bottom of the bottle ( that has no shaker top) it's nothing but salt. If your someone who watches salt content save the money and purchase another brand with the same spices blend without salt!

This is a wonderful all round herb mix. I use it in all sorts of meat and vegetable dishes. I tend not to use recipes ( a pinch of this and that) and this mix enhances so many dishes - Mediterranean, Italian, French etc.I may not use it daily but I definitely use it multiple times a week. I’ve been using this product for several years and haven’t found a herbs de Provence that I like better ( I bought a mixture on a visit to France and yes, I like this mix better).
