Seemed like a daunting task in the beginning but replacing my damaged satellite dish was actually pretty straightforward. This kit had every part, piece of hardware, nut and bolt to get it done. I pole mounted it to a 4" x 4" sunk into the ground, aimed it by using look up information from the internet, and got good signal on the first try. I wish they would provide some sort of instructions, they claim that they are online but i never found them.

No manual or instructions. Packs of nuts and bolts and cardboard wrapped pieces. Scanned code for instructions, sent me to their store. Rather than offering instructions for product they sold, they wanted information they could breach. No manual. Put together, did not work.Receiver would not recognize swm. Shipping back. I'm sorry the .25 it would have cost to print instructions if nothing else print on packaging. No customer service at all.

Mine didn’t work so I tried to return only to find out return shipping is not included AND you must return to a PO Box, which made the shipping $350. Ridiculous.

Easy to install works great but it's best to use the signal meter that's built into the satellite server or get someone who has a good signal find meter
