Univen Plastic Knob Top and Washer Ring Compatible with Farberware Yosemite Coffee Percolators

Absolutely a perfect fit, big improvement over the old cloudy original, great to not having to buy a new complete coffee pot. I should buy another glass top now as a back-up. Great to watch the coffee boiling again - makes my breakfast time complete.

I've used this several times now, and it has not leaked, melted, or had any other problems with it so far. The original one that came with my percolator had morphed and was causing coffee to spill out. I could not find a new one in the store, so I bought this one off line and it works great. It works for the eight cup size coffee pots, just so you know.

The original was glass. It snapped one day to our surprise. Not wanting to replace the coffee percolator, I looked for and found this replacement. It fits properly and works as expected. I gave it 4 stars as I would prefer a glass replacement, but this saved me money and kept me from replacing the whole unit. We have used it only a couple times since the replacement, so it is difficult to comment on how long this will last.

I have an Elite Gourmet EC812 Electric 12-Cup Coffee Percolator and have had a hard time finding a replacement knob. The knob fits perfectly but I have to use the original ring. The one that came with this one sits up to high. Other than that this is a perfect fit.

For those with Maxi-Matic Elite Coffee 12 cup perolator needing Clear Plastic Knob Top Replacement. The clear Plastic Knob Fit my Elite Coffee Maker. The new Black Washer ring did not fit properly, as it has high ridge lip on bottom where it secures to percolator lid. and had to use the old black washer for proper fit. I have attached photo to show anyone needing to look at the differences. on Left side of photo is: new clear plastic knob and black washer (bottom side is facing upward); new parts. on Right side of photo is: old plastic discolored knob with black plastic washer (bottom side is facing upward). Make sure to secure properly, and securely, use at your discretion. Hope this helps.

We didn't read close enough. They were supposed to be compatible with Faberware, but were of lesser quality. The knobs were plastic, not glass, that was out fault for not reading close enough. We wanted original parts, but because of Covid, we couldn't get in touch with Faberware. The knobs will not tighten down. They tighten so far and then it's like the are stripped. I ordered 2 and 1 was cracked at the bottom. I am going to try to put a round rubber faucet washer on the one that's not broken to see if it will tighten. I also ordered 2 stem springs which seem identical to Faberware. I like to order OEM parts, but since I couldn't get in touch with Faberware, I went this route. Let me make myself clear, I didn't read close enough and it was my fault that I ordered an inferior plastic part instead of the original glass knob, ( or bulb ).
