It is always suspicious when you can’t return a product but go only for replacement. Cleaning is good. But expected better from Scotch-Brite.

**Q: Initially it worked fine but now spinning is taking a lot of effort and stick making a squeaking sound. Can anything be done about it?**
A: Could you please change with refills provided. Also, might be becoz of some rust. Apply little oil in the gap, so that u will not get sound and it will be free from friction. Am using more than a year.. no sound.. till now.. and easy to handle
