Pretty good. Not sure if it the same sole the doctor gave me. I entered the number from the sole given to me by the doctor but couldn't tell if they are a match.

I wanted to wait a while before writing this review because I’d seen reviews showing the insole falling apart and such. I have nothing but positive things to say. My feet don’t hurt at all after working an eight hour day, I didn’t have to trim it to fit my boots, and the value for money is on point.

Only Insoles I use... great for my high arch!

I have used these inserts in all my shoes for years, and they have not only been comfortable, they last a long time. They also help keep my feet from aching. I love them! My brother does too.

I usually have custom made orthotics for my feet, but these feel really good. I have terribly flat feet and these help a lot

These were hot garbage after just three months--the top layer started coming unglued in a spectacular way. Will not purchase again.
