Important: make sure that the Amazon affiliate "Bright Ideas by Bulbhead" has an easy return policy. Before establishing this pair for common use, I recommend you do a short test drive at night - and PLEASE TAKE THEM OFF during the test drive if they are taking away your vision. They work for ME very well. They do fulfill my needs of polarization. What I like about them is they have full front and side protective coverage form high-beams. When driving with them, signs are more clear to read as advertised. They are not necessarily the complete shield for oncoming high-beams, but high-beams onward, to the side and in any rear-view mirror do not bother me at all, as if I were without. Although a noticeable amount of light provided by streetlights and headlights is lost, I can see the lesser-lit road details better because the glare form the headlights is toned down by those glasses. They work great for me and make night driving a lot more comfortable, BUT :: they might not work for you.

I drive a service truck, as a generator technician, and we have long days the run into early mornings or vise versa, I was hoping to receive glasses that has polarized anti glare properties, these DO NOT. In fact with a clean windshield and a clear night these glasses made it worst to drive with. Sure they knock down the blue light, that LED or HID have, but depth and glare are HORRID!! For the price they are garbage to me, night blindness issues or just tired eyes, there will not work for you sadly!!

These glasses cut the glare that is associated with bright LED headlights, especially on very dark rural roads, in heavy rush hour traffic they will make vision much clearer, and in rain at night the result of wearing these make your headlight lighting more visible further down the road. A very much plus if you have to drive fast at night.

These glasses are very good for wearing during cloudy days, dark periods, and at night. They reduce the glare from bright lights, but enhance existing light to actually brighten things up a bit.

When viewing lights at night while driving (i.e. street lights, traffic signals, oncoming headlights, taillights), these glasses caused 'ghost' images to appear adjacent to each light. In short, not only did these glasses NOT enhance night vision, they actually detracted from and/or diminished night vision while driving.

I have gotten this product three times and every time one of the arms breaks and falls off. They are very cheap glassed. Do not buy them.
