<p>Bring the required amount of water to the boil and cool to 70Degree C.
Pour approximately half the required amount of water in to a clean bottle.
Loosely fill the measuring spoon supplied and level off with the back of a knife.
Screw the bottle closed and shake well. Add the remaining water and shake well again.
Cool the formula to drinking temperature: in a bath of cold water or under running cold water (approx. 5-7 min).
Check temperature on your wrist before feeding (37 degree C.)</p>
