These work! Had new boots which were causing me issues and covered bits of my feet with these on my walking holiday and they really stopped me getting blisters! I had purchased various things but these were by far the best

Great stuff. Stayed in place and survived a 50-miler. The blister underneath were minor compared to racing without it.

So far, so good! I get really painful blisters on the bottom/arches of my feet when I run, and since using this tape, I haven’t had any new ones (though I haven’t tested it on very long runs yet). Just to note – this isn’t a blister relief product, so I have to wait until my skin is fully healed before using it, otherwise I still feel discomfort.The tape is very sticky, which is great for staying power during workouts. However, once you shower, it starts to peel off – not enough to fully remove, but enough that it loses effectiveness. It’s definitely a one-time-use product if you're showering after your workouts, as it’s hard to make them last beyond that.Unfortunately, removing it can hurt if it's partially stuck.You do get a lot of pre-cut strips in the pack, which is great value. I’ve been cutting mine in half because they’re a bit big for the area I need, and that’s been working really well.

I kept getting a blister on the ball of my one foot and believed it was a shoe defect - but it happened with brand new shoes too! I now tape the balls of my feet before a run and haven't picked up a blister since - even when using them a coastal hike that included ankle deep mud followed by walking in shoes in the sea.

So far this the best product I have found at preventing some serious persistent blisters to both my heels. If I had know about the product when I managed to get blisters walking in new steel toe cap boots I'd have bought them prior to my wearing of them. During a month of very slow healing I used other brands such as Compeed which cost a fortune and didnt necessarily do both jobs as they claim, they were more reliable for healing not cushioning new footwear. Apparently some customers have experienced the adhesive not sticking down like it says so but so far I've had no issues they stayed stuck down for 2 days and could have stuck down for longer I believe, I have been using them with new dual layer blister preventing socks incase the socks dont do as they say. On the whole they prevent blisters from reoccurring in problem areas where your prone to blisters and also support the tendons in the same area of the heel as well as others stated on the information. Definitely worth the money they cost for amount you get.

Not great! Half of the plasters are hard to peel, not perforated properly. Also they’re not so sticky on your feet, moving which ultimately cause blisters.

I don’t normally do reviews but these definitely deserve one, me and a group of friends took on the three peak 24 hour challenge (snowdon, cadair idris and pen y fan) my boots were new and only worn once before this, when I did I wore them for a four hour hike and I had blisters, thankfully found and bought these before the challenge and shared them with the group and we have survived three mountains with not one blister! Absolute life saver!! Definitely recommend and will definitely use again but not for a while after that challenge 😂

Bought it to play badminton . not good enough to play but for daily walk around its good
