I like it but it doesn't fit my bike due to the way it affixes to the bike frame.It has velcro straps at the bottom of the panniers, which affix to nothing since there is a gap between the bike frame and the bottom of the product. This means that it can work it's way loose when riding. One velcro strap goes around the head stock and does a good job of keeping it in place during normal riding.The rest of the product is good however, it does fit an iphone x and allows for headphones, I trust that it is waterproof and it is well made.My only gripe, and something I didn't think of when buying the product is that it sits too low to use sat nav, I would look down to check and lose balance. If you're going to be using your phone it would be safer on your handlebars.Overall it is a good product, but didn't' quite suit my needs.The side panniers can hold a inne rtube repair kit, a small lock, batteries, spare lights and a snickers. they're quite spacious.

I attempted to fit this to my ladies Viking Pimlico unsuccessfully. The straps are to long. If the buckles where attached to the back rather than on there own short straps it would have had enough space for the hook and loop to work and just secure enough onto my frame, but essentially my frame isn’t thick enough for the straps to be effective the way it is which is quite disappointing and the only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars.The bag is superb quality, it’s waterproof the zips feel amazing and it looks great. Not flimsy or cheap at all, the hook and loop is really decent with adequate grip for the entire length of the strap.The size is perfect for essential tools, wallet/purse, keys and snacks spare bits and bobs and more. Wonderful size. I was tempted to perform surgery to this to move the plastic buckles dead against the bag, but despite how much I wanted this for myself I could not warrant my self without offering it to my partner if it fit his malvin cross, so after a quick test i gave this bag to him as it is as if the bag was made for his bike.He uses the mobile phone case for his bible and maps,

I hooked it up to my bike and hope i have the straps fitted correctly as they didn't seem to reach both poles correctly, at the moment the arch into a triangle shape but one strap doesnt seem to be fitted correctly but i don't see where else else it can connect to, the phone option was one of the main reasons i bought it, the velcro backed idea seems like a somewhat good idea however as i found out if you hit something by accident / pothole etc the phone pouch will detach itself from the velcro, not really good when your in fast moving traffic and your phone thats worth more than your bike is near death of being run over by a car.

I have bought 2 similar and unfortunately more expensive frame bags on EBay. Very disappointed with size and quality of previous purchases Neither fit the frame very well. The mobile phone holder was too small ( I have a Samsung Galaxy) . This frame bag not only looks but is good quality. Phone fits great and the side bags hold keys, cash, snack bars, puncture repair kit .... it's Great!!

An extremely well made robust little "goodies" bag. Perfect for small valuables etc. It's going to be so very useful. There is one very slight "minus point". On my bike the rear strap is not long enough to fit around the frame. It only needs say another 10 cm. I've now got to use velcro strip. The front straps are all perfect!

I love the idea but I had a problem with it falling to one side all the time, which on a long ride becomes annoying... it wasn’t as though I filled one side more than the other either. Maybe could do with a better way of fixing it on the bike...

Looks very smart and a good design.However Velcro does not hold the bag rigid on the crossbar and the Velcro strip that attaches to the handlebar stem is nowhere long enough for my particular bicycle.I have had to extend the Velcro strip to the h/bar stem. The velcro strips to the crossbar do not hold the bag rigid because the Velcro strips and buckles are too far apart!

Totally useless on a road bike - flops around like a piece of wet cod
