Very effective, works great, excellent product
I've used this product over the course of two years and it's a superior product compared to similar products in the market.Works as advertised. Relieves excess gas and bloating. Naturally and gently keeps you regular. Helps with weight loss, and a variety of other gastro intestinal problems. I actually feel lighter and healthier and I can definitely tell this product has made a differnce. It's not grainy, its more fiberous and powdery. Doesn't smell, and the taste is not bad, but kind of tastes like crushed dehydrated peas and/or powdered peanut shells, I got used to the taste. Now, I recommend eating a healthier diet, because this product is not magic, and isn't going to really help you if you constantly eat junk food. As an added measure to this product, I also use the supplement Zenwise Probiotic Digestive Multi Enzymes for Digestion with Prebiotics and Probiotics for Gut Health, which you can also buy on Amazon. These two products combined have helped me and they really work if used properly, taken regularly with a healthy diet.

This stuff taste fine and keeps things moving
I have been using colon cleaning products for years. I just came across this one and I like it. Kind of reminds me of Metamucil, but with higher quality ingredients. I have used other colon products that have phylum husks in it and those products work really well, but are harsh for sensitive colons. This is a more gentler kinder product. I'm used to really bad tasting colon powers and this actually is a welcomed relief as far as taste go. I take a couple of scoops in 10 oz of water- shake really well and swallow quickly. I then chase it down with some delicious chewable vitamin C. I would recommend for those who are looking for a gentle all natural colon product. Remember, the goal to a clean colon is a movement about 30 minutes after each meal and the movement should be 18" long about 1-2" in diameter. if Not, then might have an impacted colon. If the waste comes out stringy or tar substance, then that is good as you are getting out the impacted grease and years of stench in the colon. If a colon is impacted, then a person will be hungry all the time. All the nutrition from the food is absorbed in the colon. A clean happy colon makes for a happy person. If you just don't want to do powders, then 1 to 2 pears a day will also help get things moving as well. Don't forget to drink at least 1/2 your body weight in oz in water. So if you weight 100lbs then doing 50 oz of water at a minimum a day. You are welcome :-)

Most valuable product in my pantry
Honestly, this stuff tastes terrible, and it is not pleasant going down, but...it is 100% worth every penny, and my husband and I are both reliant on it to keep us regular. It is a significant difference when I do not drink it.Pro tip - add it to about 4 oz of orange juice, use a frother to mix it, and chug it!

Insoluble fiber with good (not great) macros
I used to use Garden of Life's Organic Raw Fiber, until they stopped selling it for some unknown reason, and switched to this. It's very similar, but this one has less protein per serving, and the serving size is about half of the Raw Organic Fiber.I wanted a fiber supplement that was INSOLUBLE fiber and not the kind that "fully dissolves" as I don't think soluble fiber is as good to supplement your daily fiber needs. The FDA recommends around 25g of fiber each day, and unless you're eating a TON of fruits/vegetables, you're likely getting less than 10g per day. (compare whole wheat foods to the "regular stuff" and you'll notice it has about the same amount of fiber)All of this is to say, again, this is INSOLUBLE fiber. It will not dissolve! All the bad reviews about taste/dissolvability/gelifying are wildly misled on what a fiber supplement is supposed to be.If you don't like the taste of the product, put it in another beverage besides water. No, it doesn't really taste like peas, unless you're sensitive to them. It tastes like dirt, but we aren't taking this for the taste, it's for the fiber. (I think it pairs well with chocolate milk, but that might just be me)If you have a problem with it not dissolving, get a different product. It's INSOLUBLE fiber, that means it DOES NOT dissolve, and it isn't supposed to.If you have a problem with it becoming a gel, you're not drinking it fast enough. It's really that simple. Here's what I do:8oz of cold water, two scoops of Detoxifiber, mix with a "milk frother" (a mini hand-held blender), drink IMMEDIATELY (usually takes about 3 gulps, swirl the drink in the cup between gulps)With the troubleshooting out of the way, time for TMI: this fiber (along with the Raw Organic version) gives me very stinky gas.If you're not used to a fiber supplement it will upset your stomach at first. I suggest you start with half a scoop and work your way up. This doesn't dissolve, and it mostly doesn't digest which is the principle it relies on to "detoxify" you.All-in-all, this is a good product, but the Raw Organic Fiber was a much better product (also came in multiple sizes). Four stars because the macros aren't as good and it's mostly a single fiber source.

Great Fiber Supplement
I started using this last month after some constipation issues. I've been using it regularly and I've never been more regular. Will continue to use to bump up my fiber intake. Taste is fine, mixability is so-so. I definitely have to keep mixing it as I drink when I just mix it in water, if I put it in a shake, then it mixes very well
