I assumed it was plastic but it's not. It feels like metal and looks real. I bought it for Career day at my school and it came super fast!

MAGNETIC OPTION
I wish it had a magnetic option. Those pins ruin the fabric.

Almost perfect but defective.
It is solid, very nice looking, and my child loves it, but the right side clasp was hard to get off and now it won’t stay on while wearing the wings.
