Want to ship this to my gf in Austrailia, is it possible?

shipping this product overseas is not recommended because it is a chocolate item that has a greater chance to melt also shipping international is very expensive. another option would be to contact Amazon to see if they ship it.

Aloha! Yes, our Mountains Milk Chocolate is gluten-free. Our new packaging has a badge printed on it for easy recognition. Mahalo.

How do they prevent candy from melting while shipping?

Use your brains! I ordered these in May 2020 with no problem. Six months of the year there is no risk of melting and I have ordered several times. Of course they cannot set out, in a southern exposure, in the sun all day. These are the best.

Looks stale, it is stale!

Taste awful! Not fresh at all. I bought this brand at ABC store in Kauai just a few weeks ago and it tasted great. I love Amazon but I don't recommend buying this product from them.

Hard to find anywhere else

They were good a little jumbled up from shipping but still good. My father was happy to get them. I couldn't find them at any local store and they're his favorite

Delicious!

The seller shipped right away even though I ordered on a weekend and they said they didn't ship on weekends! So that was nice. My order came promptly and was delicious. The only thing was that the chocolates were all melted into one ball when they arrived at my house however, that is not something the seller could have controlled not was it an error on their part. I suppose that's what happens if you order chocolates in the summer time! So keep that in mind. They're till perfectly enjoyable but in wouldn't recommend for a present or anything

I cannot give them a good rating. They were not good.

I have had these many, many times and they were delicious. This last box was awful. They tasted old and stale. They would not let me return so they need to know they are not good.
