Dog Leash Lite-Up Green 5 Ft

I like the bright green color. The 5 ft leash length is perfect for my Jack Russel. The leash was a little stiff and curled up when I first used it. But with a few uses it straightened out and loosened up. I feel much safer now walking my dog during the dark winter evenings. I've only used it several times so not sure how long the batteries will last. But it's still nice and bright. Very happy with the purchase.

I absolutely love this leash! I've had it for about 3 1/2 months and the batteries and lights are still going strong, though we have accidentally gotten it wet, on occasion. The leash is just the right length, and is bright enough to see from a long distance. I've actually had people pull over in their cars at night to ask me where I got it. We live on a dark road and cars speed through pretty frequently. So, this leash makes me feel more secure about my dog's and my own safety when walking at night.The only detractors that I can tell would be the cord 'memory' - the cord getting twisted and not wanting to straighten - as others have said, but this really has not been much of an issue. I've heard others say their dogs have pulled it too hard and it broke. I have a 40+ pound dog that is all muscle, and she has yet to break this leash. The only other downside to this leash is that it is almost too bright, meaning that it can affect yours and your dog's night vision. So, you have to be very aware where you're walking so as to not step somewhere you shouldn't.Overall a great product and a worthwhile purchase.

The leash is a string of little LEDs an inch or two apart and it lights up like a Christmas tree! It was great while it lasted but one of the lights went out in about a week and after about 2 months all except 2 lights had gone out- not enough to make us visible at night. And that is the reason I would not order it again.

This leash is awesome for night time, highly recommend. Perfect for a normal pup or adult dog! Mine is a lil cray cray! The only thing I am considered about is my pittie puppy pulls and pulls hard! I attach this to her gentle leader and I am concerned if the leash is strong enough for those moments she sees another animal and goes nuts. For that reason I also attach a chain leash to her collar for added security but that's a pain! The leashes are not the same length and one gets caught under her leg, etc. I really have to be focused during her night time walks, lol! Maybe they can come up with an idea that provides this awesome LED with a strong chain leash. :)

I bought 2 of these, one for us and one for my daughter. We both loved them and used them every day. Then hers stopped working after about 6 weeks and ours died about a month after that. No change of batteries helped...they both just refused to light up anymore. Amazon wouldn't help because it was after 30 days. So I went to the Litey Leash website and emailed them about the situation. Guess what?? They never even responded, so needless to say I will not be buying from their company again. Let the buyer beware, these are too expensive for a month or two of use.

Loved the superbright leash but after a week the inside snapped and now its just a leash with no more lights. So disappointing.

The leashes arrived much more quickly than expected. They are perfect, they were reasonably priced and are exactly what we needed. The furry four-legged kids have to go for a walk every day, rain or shine, dark or light, so these are a lifesaver for them and us. we've received lots of compliments from people who think they're pretty festive. highly recommend the product and seller.

really wanted something for when i walk during dusk/night. this is the perfect solution so drivers don't have an excuse when they "don't" see me and my dog in the middle of the cross walk (even lit cross walk) and I get a lot of compliments for it too for a smart idea at night. This also warns other pedestrians that someone is there and approching so they aren't freaked out by the dark shadow in the night and know its a a person with their dog walking. just with it was a bit loner and I can kinda feel the plastic kink where it enters the handle and it worries me that if i keep letting it kink, will it affect how long this product will last. but for ten bucks which is cheaper than some normal not so special leashes that break/wear easily (cough cough *petco*) . a battery life that boast three months and able to tug a good 90lbs, i will purchase it again no problem
