you can use this in the freezer or in the microwave. I have used it at home. Heated it up and used in the car and taken it to work and used it there. Fantastic product.

My mom and I both have cold hands and feet, so when she recently told me she was having trouble falling asleep because her feet were so cold at night, I recommended she purchase this hot pack. She heats it in the microwave every night at bedtime, and puts it under the covers at the bottom of the bed while she brushes her teeth.
