Good computer, but I wish it was made better for longevity
I like my new laptop, I switched from a macbook pro. However, the fan in it broke very quickly, immediately at the end of my warranty (which is ultimately my fault for not purchasing an extension). However I was not expecting it to break so quickly seeing I had my macbook for 7 years without a single issue, even after a major fall. I like the touchscreen but it does malfunction from time to time, getting stuck and repeatedly picking up a touch that isn't there.

Blue Screen, not original SSD, some noise with sound card
As what I say on headline, after I open the laptop for the first time, then it become blue screen(for twice), I search on website(with my desktop), that there is some problem with set up( I solve it) after I install some app to test if there is any other trouble in the laptop, then it tells me that it’s not original SSD, I know it’s renewed and cheaper for $150, okey... and I also use it to watch some video on YouTube, but the sound card always makes some noise when the people talk in high tone in the video( every time).... THAT’S HORRIBLE! Couldn’t bear it, even it’s renewed why they can’t fix it well then sell it? They almost give me a bad laptop with lots of mistake on it, I still need to fix it by myself!
