Unusable Due To Sloppy Manufacturing

Eight out of the ten pulleys that arrived were unusable because the width of the belt track was less than 10mm and the belt would bind in the channel. The belt channel ranged from 9.83mm to 10.93mm width n this set of ten. One out of ten would be bad, but 80% failure out of the box? There is clearly no quality control at all in this factory.

Good product poor packaging

The product looks OK as expected but the lack of bubble wrap protective packaging resulted in some damage to some of the pulleys. A bag is not adequate.

Pulley widths inconsistent , won't fit belts

Bearings are suitable, but the width of the pulley varies from 9.0mm to 10.1mm. These are unusable for 10mm belts. Ordered replacement for a different vendor.
