The Colour Monster Board book – 14 Jun. 2018

The media could not be loaded. This book is a good tool for helping young children understand and express their emotions whilst having the fun of reading a book. The illustrations are vibrant and engaging, and the simple language makes complex feelings easy to grasp. My daughter who is 4 can now accurately describe her feelings through colours, which I can understand.The book it’s self is a board book so sturdy and less likely for kids to rip pages etc (great for younger children). It is also small enough to tuck in a bag for travel. There is also a pop out book available which was the one I thought I was buying however that was my error.

Love this book for talking about emotions with children. We have the paperback book which we've used with our older children so bought this for our two year old to introduce it easily. Good quality book with simple version of the story so fab for toddlers. Would highly recommend.

My 2 year old son's nursery were using this book, so I thought I'd buy it to carry on the teaching about feelings at home. My son really likes it. He recognises the feelings as we go through the book and now tells me how he is feeling with description. A lovely book.
