HulkFit Solid 2-Inch Olympic Super Curl Bar Barbell Weight Lifting Bar, 350-Pound Capacity, 48-Inch

I don't penny pinch when it comes to my gym but I don't see the point in spending a ton of money on an ez-curl bar. At the same rate I did't want a POS bar that felt like a happy meal toy. After spending a few minutes looking at different budget friendly bars I went with this one. Fast forward three days and the bar just arrived. First impression is the bar is solid - really well constructed. I tried it out for a few sets and am really impressed. Look forward to using to more in the future. I will check back in a couple months to update this review but I doubt i will have anything new to say.

Got this bar today and was very impressed right away! It is a high quality bar and for a great price. The black is not cheaply painted on like some competitor bars and the coating shows no signs of wear so far. So far I have tried various workouts with the bar like close grip benchpress, skull crushers, standard curls, and others. The bar is very comfortable to use, great knurling and a great grip. Very happy with my purchase and will order more products in the future. The "free" prime shipping is great too, very fast.

Terrific bar for the price. Snap ring collars no screws to get loose. Collars have a nice spin. Black finish look great. Grip on bar is on the aggressive side i would personally like it a little less. Its not a problem i will just be wearing gloves. I am being offered a set of barbell clamps for a review but that had influence on how i feel about this ez curl bar.

I've had the curl bar for almost a month now. It arrived in perfect condition with the normal protective oil that you would expect when purchasing a brand new weightlifting bar. I love that the knurling is semi aggressive so my hands don't slip when curling heavy weight; i also use chalk not gloves. The spin is super smooth which is ideal when doing curls or skull crushers. I highly recommend this bar and would purchase again if i needed a spare one. Will also look into Hulkfit as a brand for other weightlifting equipment.

I found this bar in the midst of a big search to spend a $50 gift card for my birthday. I knew I wanted an EZ-Curl bar but wanted something "not cheap, but not super expensive either". This is for my home gym, and I thrash about so I wanted something sturdy and of quality, but at the same time - it's not going to be used by bodybuilders or other gym rats all day-every-day-for-years. I happened upon this gem and looked at the features. It says it can hold 350lbs (which I have not stress tested, just so we're clear), which is good. Again - sturdy. The coating was pristine on my bar, the feel and grip was good. The knurling was aggressive, but not too aggressive. This was a huge find. I found it $20 bucks off at the time of my purchase so it fit squarely in my $50 budget, but it is definitely worth the $70 bucks.One thing I did see is that the bar weight is listed as 25lbs, which was also part of my purchasing decision (again, STURDY!), but when it arrived I weighed it and it is exactly 18lbs - so just be aware of that. Otherwise, it's a freaking deal for a great bar!

Overall:Great bar, I recommend it to my friends for their home gyms.Positive:1. Have had the ez curl bar a bit over a week, have used it for close grip bench, skull crushers, and standard curls, overall very pleased. Coating shows no signs of wear, granted only used ~4x, but shows promise. Very comfortable to use, love the knurling, great grip, yet not abrasive. Overall, very pleased with this ez curl bar.

I received this today, and decided to give it a try out. First the packaging was in perfect shape; bar was in plastic, in a tough cardboard tube, inside a sturdy box. After cleaning off the storage fluid, I loaded it up and put it through the paces. I love the angle of the bends, fits me perfectly. The knurling is aggressive yet not damaging to my hands, and the ends spin very easily. I also own a Cap super curl bar...which is crap in comparison and is now going on Craiglist. This bar is solid and worth more than I paid for it, would recommend to everyone.

It is hard to say how this will perform in the long term, as I have only used it a few times.However the seller’s integrity has come in to question with me based on the fact that they do not stand by what is written on their warranty card.They had an offer on some locking collars on the warranty card, but when I tried to cash in, they would not follow through.Buyer beware.
