Buy it almost every month. I'm mature and it makes my month go a lot easier. And I think it actually has a pretty good taste and for sure it is not gritty! Very smooth

I read a review before I bought this about how the taste is so horrible. I think all the liquid diarrhea medications do not taste very good. When I take it which is often because I have IBS, I don't take the 30 ml. I just pour the smallest amount each time and pour juice or some other liquid with it up to the top. That makes it easier to swallow. But this is the same as Imodium and works really well. I hope this helps the person who had a hard time taking it. And a small amount will help and if not than take another small amount.
