it's the real deal and at a very good price and seems to be very good qaulity, the only downside is the powder is extreamly fine so it gets everywhere, but thats no big deal its easly cleaned off surfaces.recomended.

A recent blood test showed that I was low in iron instead of taking a prescription medication I looked for an alternative. Ausha ashwagandha was my choice. I added a dessert spoon of this to my daily "power shake" and over a couple of weeks I have seen a definite sexual health improvement.

I took this Ashwagandha powder, a level teaspoon each evening with honey and a warm drop of water and stirred till mixed, It has a smell like earth which, IS UNPLEASENT, and even with honey the HORRABLE TASTE lingers on for an hour or so, it is probably helping with stress and sleep, but is somewhat harsh on my stomach,also i felt a little like vomiting during my sleep on one occasion , I am now going to switch to a brand that has capsules instead to try to avoid these unpleasant flavour and smell.
