GVM 2 pack is wireless and comes with AC adapter cord. It can be controlled by an app from your cell phone.

is the carry bag heavily padded and does is hold 2 lights? What are the dimensions of the lights?

Although the case is made of sturdy material. There is no padding. The case is durable enough for me. Definitely not big enough for 2. It’s a tight squeeze with 1. The led is approximately 6”x 8”. I use it for video and photography. I would recommend it to anyone. As a matter of fact, I’ll be buying another one soon.

Will the batteries charge if attached to the lights while plugged in?

It’s a good question. I don’t think it will charge them. when you turn the lights on you have to choose the power source battery or ac.
