Worst service - They say my sim is expired
They say my lifetime sim was expired due to non usage.

Not works when it needed
I was traveling to Canada. And the sim didn't work. I contacted the customer service and they changed something and it worked in Amsterdam. Later when I reached Canada the sim not working. Contacted customer service and they simply said reinsert sim. It didn't work. Waste of money. Because of this I stuck in middle of -18 degree Celsius searching for taxis. Finally I purchased a prepaid sim . So my point is this sim doesn't work well.
