Got two of these to do remote starts on my dust collecter. They work great.

Nice setup.Pretty lightweight.Has mounting holes in the back that need to be sealed if out in the weather.Otherwise I a good setup.

I have a background in industrial electrical.***If you do not understand, hire an electrician to wire this device.This is made for a motor control circuit with a motor contactor (relay) that has an extra set of holding contacts. If you want a stand alone on/off switch, you would not use momentary contacts. Also, you need to watch the maximum horse power or current on startup. There is an advantage to using a motor contactor.You can actually hook up multiple remote start/stop points with this type of device.Wire all the stop N/C contacts in series between a hot and one side of the holding contact.Wire all the start N/O contacts in parallel between the same hot wire and one side of the relay coil. The other side of the holding contact goes to the same side of the relay coil. The other coil contact goes to ground or another hot depending on the coil voltage.*** Hire an electrician if you do not understand.
