Agar agar de buena calidad y a muy buen precio. Venía de usar el del Merca***a y este es mucho mejor producto y encima con mejor precio.

Hervorragendes Produkt
Produkt ist sehr ergiebig. Bei der Herstellung eines Fruchtspiegels benötigte ich erstaunlicherweise weniger Agar Agar als bei handelsüblichen Produkten. Dieses ist aufgrund der individuellen Dosierung möglich. Produkt kann uneingeschränkt weiter empfohlen werden.

Muy buen espesante
Muy bueno. Con muy poca cantidad espesa con consistencia. Yo lo utilizo habitualmente para hacer panna cotta de un litro y queda perfecta, una pequeña cantidad ( media cucharadita de café) y Sale en su punto.
