I used their size computation as described and ordered a sleeve. It was two sizes too small. I re-ordered two sizes larger than the recommended computation and it worked fine. I returned the one that was too small.

I measured myself very carefully as directed... and did it three times to make sure I had the same measurements. The size recommended was too big and I could get it in place put within seconds it would slide off and wouldn’t stay in place. I also wish I would have paid attention to the back side - it was VERY uncomfortable and rubbed the back of my leg and was VERY itchy. I tried to wear it for a full day hoping I could figure out a way to keep it from sliding down, but it just didn’t fit right. I took it off and never put it back on again - for me... waste of money.

It is nice and snug. It comforts my knees and gives me extra support.

I'm going to say that it would not stay up on my leg I'm also going to say that I'm a pretty big girl and my hip to shin ratio is something of an issue. I think that this was actually a pretty good grace it's like could have kept it on but I don't think that is because of the manufacturing. It looks nice it's accommodating yet helpful non irritating and comes in many sizes

I landed on this compression sleeve because of the sizes available. I struggled pulling it on but then again it’s a compression brace and it should be snug. The top didn’t roll and it didn’t leave marks on my leg from being too tight and it actually made my knee feel better. I was wearing it under cotton t-shirt-like pants and it was noisy. Meaning the brace material and my pant material together made a sound when I walked. Not like corduroy but still it was noticeable. Not enough for me to give up on wearing it though.

I ordered the 5x and it goes on comfortably, it was the right size because it was snug as I pulled to the proper place. However when I walk with each step it moves down my leg. It will not stay in place at all. I’ll be returning this item for a refund.

This knee brace is true to size indicated (6xl). I would definitely buy from this seller again. Item arrived one week earlier than advised.
