good quality. hasn’t irritated any of my newer piercings. i’d give 5 stars but half of the balls/cones don’t fit the horseshoes that came with ?? very annoying.

Unfortunately the package only came with 3 black spike ends, which I really wanted, so I returned them and got a another one. Other than that so far so good. The balls/spikes seem to stay on pretty well. I am in the habit of checking them regularly due to my last pair of earrings so I can't imagine them coming loose or me losing them. They are the perfect size for me, definitely worth it.Edit: Ive had the worst luck with these earrings. 1st set I ordered was missing one of the spikes for the black pair. 2nd set IOrdered, one of the silver spikes wasn't threaded so it won't tighten up. I mean I get theyre cheap but I did expect at least the spikes to screw on. Oh well off to order yet another set..

I ordered the silver and black horseshoe septum jewelry in 16g. The jewelry sizing is definitely off because these were too thin compared to other 16g jewelry. They seem to be decent quality and are comfortable. The spikes and balls are a bit large and also tough to take off for the first time. I ended up using latex gloves to take the endings off. I recommend using latex gloves to also secure the ending
