Hand Bidet Sprayer Combo,Handheld Cloth Diaper Water Spray,Oil Rubbed Bronze

I bought this to replace a plastic sprayer that was no longer working. I use this in my shower for bathing my 5 dogs. Since we only have a shower i also use it to fill my mop bucket and when cleaning for things like spraying off a window screen or other random cleaning tasks.I picked this product because the plastic versions end up leaking or breaking. I also wanted it to match as all of the fixtures in my bathroom are the aged bronze.It was easy to install and it looks great. It is also all metal and looks very sturdy. That’s where the positivity ends.Issues:1-The connector piece that comes with it is chrome. It looks horrible so I had to purchase a bronze one.2-The pressure is way too high and there is no adjustment, it’s on or off. It actually hurts if you spray yourself too close. So I turn it half on shower and half on sprayer.3-There is no way to lock it on and it’s uncomfortable to hold on for long periods of time. I just let my shower head fill my mop bucket which loses water but i don’t want to stand there holding the lever down (it’s way too hard to push down to use a rubber band or something to hold it open)4-the lever is very tiny and not convenient at all. It’s hard to push on. So far I’ve used it 3 times. For 2 dog baths and to clean a window screen. I’ve gotten pinched in the lever 4 times. Hard. It hurt!5-the line is too short. It was ok bathing my largest dog (140# mastiff) but I kept hitting the end of the line when bathing one of my other dogs (50# pointer).I’m really upset that I spent all this money on this sprayer and the additional bronze adapter and it doesn’t work well other than looking nice. It’s only been in a few days so I’m going to live with it awhile and see if there is anything we can do. Otherwise i feel I have wasted a lot of money on this. I would gladly take my ugly plastic sprayer back at this point because it had a long hose, pressure was great, I could easily fill my mop bucket without standing there holding the button and it never pinched me!!!

Replaced my stainless unit that is 7 years old one to match my bathroom accessories and that has proven to be a big mistake. I use these several times a day for my Ostomy bag. This unit leaks awful if I don’t shut it off at the base of the tank and spray the water completely out of the hose. This has flooded my entire bathroom twice. Thought the O-ring may be the issue but I went to lowes and purchased two different types and they didn’t work. I attempted to contact the seller here but no one responded. I feel like Amazon needs a way for buyers and sellers to communicate that is similar to eBay. Especially since Amazon is allowing various sellers to come onboard. Big disappointment in both parties….seller and Amazon

Liked the product at first and everything was working as should be. Easy to install and convenient shut off valve. Fast forward 6months and just got back from a long weekend and the first floor was flooded with water. The hose an inch or so down from the bottom of the sprayer failed and was shooting water all over the wall and floor. Be cautious.

The piece is flimsy on both sides, and mine broke as a perfect circle in the top of the nut. The input threading isn’t plumbing standard on the splitter, so I had to use parts from a plumbing aisle in HD. Only good part Is the sprayer, otherwise, avoid. Sadly I’m past the return window by the time I got to this project. Luckily I had an old hose from Moen Hand Shower hand I replaced prior.

Good finish and looks expensive, but started leaking just after months. Keeps dripping water when not in use. I am pretty handy and did all installation properly by wrapping all connections with 4 rounds of Teflon tape. Also the operation is very hard and too much pressure, because of which water sprays all over.

AFTER 3 MONTHS IT STARTED LEAKING... NOW THAT, WHEN I AM LOOKING TO BUY ANOTHER AFTER TIRED OF "NOT HAVING AND USING" FOR LAST 6 MONTHS... I FOUND THE REVIEW TO WRITE AND HERE I AM .. NOW LOOKING FOR THE METAL PIPE SEPARATELY TO BUY, THOUGHT IT'S OGNNA COST ME THE SAME AS BUYING THE WHOLE SET AGAIN !

I bought two of these sprayers about 2 years ago. I just uninstalled and tossed both. One split open during use and began flooding the bathroom. The other went into disuse because I feared a similar failure. Over time the flexible metal lines rusted from normal condensation, causing rust to puncture the thin water line. I absolutely cannot recommend this product. Not safe, not robust, not worth the money. Get something with plastic lines.

Pretty good hand bidet, look and finish is good, and operation is simply and effective.I wish that the valve had the same finish as the rest of the product, as chrome doesn’t match the oiled bronze of the hose.
