So, let's go straight to the features:Good size for a garage gym (This is not a timer for business, it's for home gym)Multiple bright levels, you can set the lowest bright level when not using and increase the bright when using during the day.Functions for your wod: regular timer with seconds, count up, countdown, tabata, AMRAP, EMOM, and all the crossfit options that you use at box.Remote control to start/stop the timer10 seconds countdown to start with the beep in the last 3 seconds (exactly as in your crossfit box)So, the only cons that you will notice is:The beep is not loud. If you put the music at high-volume and start before the timer, you maybe won't listen the beeps.Not a big deal right? Great Size & Features for Garage Gym!
I've been looking for a clock for a while for my new home gym. I'm used to going to a crossfit box and need that timer to keep me going! I was debating purchasing one from Rogue, but they're pretty expensive and not really needed for my small home gym. This option is a great size and has all the features I need!

Never knew how much I needed it
I really like this product. Never did I think it would be so helpful, but it keeps my home workouts on track. It kind of brings about an awareness of how long of breaks in between sets you are truly taking. Highly recommend for those who have difficulty working out at home or want to improve the precision of your workouts.

Good product BUT
So overall it does the job BUT it’s a lot going on to program it to do things. The instructions have you doing ALOT overall so if you can find a simpler one go for it. Wall Mounting was easy and overall decent product.

Doesn’t last
I’ve had this for 11 months and for the last 2 the Count Up option freaks out abs counts 3 seconds at a time. So instead of 3 seconds, it’s 10 seconds not the click says 30 seconds. An item like this should last well over a year.

Works but some hard button pushes
The clock works and has the functions needed (count up/down, TABATA) but the remote is rather hard to push for certain functions. The count down feature is specifically the hardest to select.
