Phenomenal headset at a fantastic price I actually did not know this product was refurbished before opening may be due to me flying through the order or because of the very long title regardless the headphones are great there is a small scuff with a few scratches into the plastic which with it being refurbished who cares they’re going on my head while I play Xbox the sound quality is incredible made every game I played feel like I’m sitting in a giant movie theatre with the sound at max the only complaint I can even come up with is the setup of the mic itself (as in working with my Xbox ) which is too no fault of the refurbishment people I had trouble getting audio to come through them at first and had to mess with the audio settings for about 20 or so minutes maybe some kind of card In the box saying something about where or how to make the headset produce audio would help but regardless no fault of the refurbishment people overall I am more than happy with the headset itself and I have no clue what the refurbishment people may have done and that’s a fantastic thing and that means they did they’re job perfectly again super duper happy with this purchase

Great noise cancellation. So much so that when my son uses these on the game, he has to uncover one ear to be able to hear the outside world. The sound is crisp and clear. The headset is comfortable and not too heavy on your head. And to top it all off, my teenagers are hard on headsets, and these have outlasted any other set I've purchased. Will definitely buy again.

So this is a really great headset but at max volume it leaves alot to be desired, plus you do get a slight static noise sometimes thats really annoying, and you can hear right through the headset, the sound quality and comfort are great though

Worked well

I wish it were a bit more noise cancelling so I wouldn't have to hear my loud fan in the background , Sound is already very good but it could be a little louder, comfort is by far the best thing about them unlike the painful A10 headsets

This headset is awful. It’s only redeeming quality is its comfort. The mic, something Steelseries claims is the best in gaming, is terrible. The noise cancellation works decently well, but my voice comes through incredibly flat and almost robotic. The sound quality is also very bad. The worst I’ve heard since turtle beaches I got 10 years ago. Before this headset I had a Hyper X cloud II headset. As far as gaming headsets go, it’s the best I’ve tried by far . Unfortunately the cable crapped out and is not removable so I had to look for something else and that brought me to this abomination.I’ve since gotten a pair low-middle end Hi-Fi grade headphones for the same money as these Steelseries would be new. I purchased a V Moda Boom Pro mic to plug into the 3.5mm jack and the sound quality is superb. I highly recommend buying a good pair of headphones and pairing it with this mic. It is better than any gaming headset on the market.

They work well and sound good , comfortable and all in all I would say a good pair headphones. The mic works well and does a good job of not picking up background noise. I have used them with Skype and Discord and was told I sound good.

The comfort is great but the bass and all that if you want loud headphones these are not for you these headphones can hear any noise from the background and personally I wanted really loud headphones I got my hopes up cause I heard lots of good reviews saying these are loud but they aren’t. But they are really comfy and they are really clear you can hear gameplay good
