can i paint bob ross type oil picturess and have it look like bob ross

I have been doing this with another brand of water soluble paints and I only use water when I clean the brushes. I do everything else the same and mix the paint just like any other oil paint. No water until clean up if I mix oil and water soluble paints.

Seller says that these dry faster than others? So, how fast is that? I am tired of regular acrylics that dry up on the canvas b4 I can blend them!

These are oil paints, not acrylic. Oil paints sometimes take a month to fully cure. These dry a bit faster but I couldn't say how much faster because it depends on what other medium you add to the paint. If you need more time before your paint dries and don't want to use oil paints I would suggest using an additive to your acrylics that extends doing time and doesn't compromise your color like GOLDEN Retarder. I bought this and it didnt arrive or anything

Then ask for your money back or replacement. If it was to arrive like I got mine the packaging showed what was inside. Might have been stolen or involved in shipment trucking accident.

oil paints you mix with water

The last time I had dealings with Oil paints, I was about 12 years old and got an oil painting set for xmas... and I did a painting of a sailing ship, which I told my teacher at school about, so he asked me to bring it in so he could see it... problem was drying time. That painting is probably still at the back of my old house and still not dried. it took months before it even becace tacky.So when I saw oil paints you mix with water, I had to try them.. its a bit like painting with acrylics but a bit longer drying time yet all the advantages lof painting with oils, yet you wash your brushes out with water when you finish and there is no smell - its a no brainer to me, I'm gonna be painting with oils..

excellent value for the price. I have just started to paint again after a number of years, and I find these water mixable paints to be ideal. The only criticism I have it doesn't come with any instruction manual on how to use them properly.

Excellent coverage. No odour. Good value for money

Bought for my husband. He loves them. He says they are great to use and the colours are great. No odour so they don’t set off my asthma as other oils do! Means he can paint Indoors!

Dries very slowly

Disappointed with this paint. Their acrylic paint is fine for certain painting. This is nothing special and better alternatives are available cheaper.
